titleProgram a Number to a Button (Speed Dial)
  1. Push one of the six programmable buttons on the sides of the LCD display.

  2. Enter the number you wish to dial when you press that button and then press the button again..

    • The number will be stored and the label will show the number by default.

    • If you wish to change the label to something else (e.g., the person’s name) follow the instructions below.

  1. Press

    the Services button

  2. Use the Navigation arrows to:

    1. Select 

      Select Telephone Options

       and

       and press the Enter button.

    2. Select 

      Select Change FeatureKey Label

       and

       and press the Enter button.

      Select 
    3. Select Change FeatureKey Label

       again

       again and press the Enter button.

    4. Press the programmable button for the label you wish to change.

    5. Use the 4 buttons at the bottom of the LCD display (Select, Delete, Clear, More…) and the number pad to set the label for that button as you want it.

    6. Press

      the 

      the Services

       button

       button again to save the label and return to the main menu.

    7. Repeat the above for each of the labels you wish to

Please remember
    1. change.

Note

Remember to add “6” to the beginning of each number that is outside the University so that it knows you are dialing an outside number and not just an internal extension.
