Because usage charges are based on the amount of data backed up to the backup server, it is very important that for workstations and laptops, the installation step "Select the files to be backed up" is not skipped. If this step is skipped, then all of the files and folders on the client workstation will be backed up. Some server installations can also benefit from careful selection of files to be backed up.
