How do I submit a tuition benefit application?

What does the tuition benefit cover?

Employees are eligible for a tuition benefit amount equal to 100% (or other % based on FTE less than 100%, subject to the terms of Policy 4).

·of the TUITION FEE ONLY.

·an amount up to a maximum of two .5-credit undergraduate courses or a part-time graduate program per term; exceptions will only be considered for students in their final term of a degree program.

·at the domestic tuition rate.

·for the term indicated on the form at the time of submission. We cannot process requests for a tuition benefit retroactive to a term prior to the term displayed on the form at the time of submission.

When will the tuition benefit be available for my term?

The tuition benefit application is open for submission each term from six weeks prior to start of term until the end of the second month of that term.

Your tuition benefit amount will be automatically added to your student account in Quest within one business day following your application.
