This installation is a compressed Zip file, you will need to extract the contents of the download by following the instructions below
Cloudwerx Plugin:

1. Once downloaded, in the lower-left corner, depending on the browser you have it open with, click it and select Show in Folder or Open

2. It will open the compressed Zip file in File Explorer, click the folder then click Extract All

2. It will ask where you want to save the extracted files, make sure to check off Show extracted files when complete then click Extract

2. The extracted file should open, cloudwerx-setup.exe, double-click it to install Cloudwerx

Once the download has finished you are ready to open Accuro

This installation will NOT create a desktop shortcut for Accuro, to access Accuro:

1. Open Chrome

2. Copy and paste the Citrix Gateway webpage: https://citrix-ca.cloudwerx.com/vpn/index.html 

3. Bookmark this page by clicking the star next to the link in the address bar – whenever you need to access Accuro click the bookmark
