  1. Press F2 on your keyboard to open Provider Management

  2. Find and select yourself from the list of providers  

  3. Click the Set Signature button

  4. In the window that opens, simply use your mouse to write your signature in the white area.  You can click the red X button to clear and re-write if you don’t like how it turns out.  Click OK to set it to auto-populate on forms, prescriptions, lab requisitions, etc.

  5. Once you are happy with your signature, be sure to check off both boxes below your signature, we want the signature to be auto-inserted for prescriptions and forms/documents

  6. Click OK to complete you signature set up
