You can record any Teams meeting or call to capture audio, video, and screen sharing activity. The recording happens in the cloud, and is saved to Microsoft Stream, so you can share it securely across your organization.
Note: Whiteboards and shared notes are not captured in the meeting recording.

In Microsoft Stream, please be careful that you do to not check off the box to "Allow everyone in your company to view this video".  
This accident could happen if you end up in the video details settings unintentionally. Do not click the pencil icon. If you do end up here, click the Cancel button at the top of the screen.

Microsoft Stream allows for videos to be secured with a combination of permissions.

  1. Locate your email and click the video recording link to open in Microsoft Stream OR in the meeting chat, locate the video you've recorded 

  2. Click the ellipsis (More options)  next the the recorded meeting

  3. Select Open in Microsoft Stream



  4. Below the video, click Share
